Penny Burnford grew up as the daughter of a minister in a very generous household. The book takes us back to her childhood and the connection she has with another child in particular. As an adult, she becomes a housewife who simply found small ways to help others. She recognized that small change literally can add up to big change.
I came across this book just browsing at the library and was curious about the title, so I checked it out to read. This is a tale about doing small things in a great way. I don’t want to spoil the story for those who may want to read it but the twists and turns make it quite interesting. I’m glad I found and read this book.
